Hi, I’m Diane!
I am the main face behind Coach to Manage. I am passionate about helping people and companies get good at change in an ever-increasing complex world.
I have a background in software engineering, and I have had many roles and titles from Developer to QA, QA Lead, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Agile Coach, Enterprise Agile Coach, Professional Coach, Instructor, Change Manager, and so on.
I am curious and have a real thirst to learn and expand my knowledge repeatedly.
My mission is to support forward-thinking leaders, I blend human-centric strategies with efficient practices to foster resilient business growth and purpose-driven change, ensuring sustainable client value.
