Change Management & Adoption
People understand what is changing, why it matters, and what to do next.
Change management that helps people understand, support, and adopt change
We help organisations turn complex change into a clear, coordinated, and human roadmap so people know what is changing, why it matters, and what to do next.
How we support change
Clarify the Vision
Define what the change is trying to achieve and why it matters
Align sponsors and stakeholders
Build alignment, commitment and shared priorities with sponsors and key stakeholders
Assess the current situation
Look at the current state, what is getting in the way, and where the biggest adoption risks may be
Shape the roadmap
Turn the change into a clear roadmap with priorities, communication, and next steps
Support the human side
Take into account how people experience change, not only how leaders plan it
A structured approach to change and adoption
Change management is not only about communication plans or stakeholder lists.
It is about giving change the same level of clarity, structure, and intentionality that strong product work requires.
That means starting with a clear vision, building a strong alliance with sponsorship, identifying the key stakeholders, understanding the current situation, agreeing priorities, and shaping a communication and change approach that supports adoption over time.
A clear vision
Change needs direction. If the vision is vague, people fill the gap with assumptions, doubt, or resistance.
We help you clarify the purpose of the change, what success looks like, and how to create a stronger direction for the journey ahead. Where useful, we can also use tools such as the Business Agility Compass to support reflection, alignment, and strategic conversations about the change.
Assessment and priorities
Before building momentum, it helps to understand where people are starting from. We assess the current situation, the realities of the organisation, the level of readiness, and the main factors that may affect adoption.
From there, we help define priorities for the change initiative so the effort feels realistic, relevant, and focused.
Build alignment around the change
Change is much harder when sponsorship is weak or when stakeholders are not engaged early enough.
We work with sponsors and key stakeholders to create stronger alignment around the change, define priorities, surface risks, and build the conditions for more coordinated action.
Communication and roadmap
Change needs more than good intentions.
It needs a communication strategy, clear priorities, and a roadmap that makes the journey visible.
We help you shape the change into a roadmap that brings together the key ingredients: what is changing, who is impacted, what needs to happen first, how the change will be communicated, and how progress will be supported over time.
Take the human side of change seriously
Even well-designed change can struggle if the human experience is ignored.
People do not all respond to change in the same way, and resistance is often a signal that something important has not yet been addressed.
That is why we take into account how people experience uncertainty, loss, threat, trust, and motivation during change. This helps leaders respond in a way that is more realistic, more empathetic, and more likely to support adoption.
Why change initiatives lose momentum
Change does not fail because the idea was wrong. It fails because the change was not clear enough, aligned enough, supported enough, or human enough.
Many change efforts struggle because one or more critical ingredients are missing.
Frameworks such as the Lippitt-Knoster model highlight the importance of elements such as vision, skills, incentives, resources, and an action plan, and show how missing elements can create confusion, anxiety, resistance, frustration, or false starts.
Our role is to help make those ingredients visible, strengthen what is missing, and turn the change into something more coherent, actionable, and sustainable.
